Living with back pain. Your spine holds more than posture. It holds the architecture of how you move through your days. I work with the structural and nervous system patterns underneath chronic back pain, not just the symptom on the surface.
Recovering from injury, the PT-life-integration way. I have rehabilitated my own hip flexor and shoulder injuries through this exact work. I know what it feels like to return to a body that does not yet trust itself, and I know how to build that trust back, one session at a time.
Men who carry their strength as armor. I have spent nearly ten years married to a high-achieving man, and I helped him resolve sciatica pain that nothing else touched. He went on to complete a full Ironman triathlon. I understand the bodies of men who push hard and rarely ask for help, and I know how to meet that without asking them to become someone else.
The eldest daughter, literal or symbolic. Boundaries. Self-trust. The radical, unfamiliar practice of receiving instead of only giving. If you have spent your life holding everyone else together, this work begins with finally turning that same attention toward yourself.
Seniors seeking grace, not strain. Chair yoga and gentle, accessible movement designed for aging well and staying deeply connected to your own body, at whatever pace your life calls for now.
Immigrant and refugee communities. I was born in a refugee camp in the Philippines to Vietnamese parents. Intergenerational trauma is not theoretical to me. It lives in the body, and I know how to work with it there, gently and without forcing a story you are not ready to tell.
Francophone clients. Je parle français et je connais bien la culture francophone. Sessions can be held partially or fully in French if that is where you feel most at home.
Anyone navigating dating and relationships. Every relationship you will ever have is shaped by the relationship you have with yourself first. This work strengthens that foundation, so what you bring to others comes from steadiness, not depletion.
