In a world full of noise and urgency, there’s power in pausing together.

At Hilltop Sanctuary, I host intentional day retreats for teams and groups seeking clarity, cohesion, and aligned next steps. Whether you’re a nonprofit board clarifying your mission, a wellness team co-creating your next offering, or a leadership group in transition—this sacred space is designed for your restoration and recalibration.

✨ Why Hilltop Sanctuary?

Since 2019, my husband and I have opened our home as a space for healing, strategy, and soulful collaboration. Nestled in the hills of Los Angeles, Hilltop Sanctuary offers natural light, open floor plans, and panoramic views—holding you and your team in warmth, beauty, and possibility.

"The perfect setting for deep conversation, meditation, and reflection. We left renewed and refocused."
"Laurie thought of every detail—she facilitated in a way that felt safe and powerful. The space invites clarity."

🪷 About Your Facilitator

I’m Laurie Hang—a yoga therapist, nonprofit founder, and space-holder for transformation.

In 2019, I founded Hike to Yoga, a nonprofit that brings mindful movement and nature-based healing to diverse communities. From guiding foster youth on their first mindful hike to facilitating circles for nonprofit staff on the edge of burnout, I've held hundreds of healing experiences in nature.

That grounding work shaped the retreats I now host at Hilltop Sanctuary—where the same intention lives, but with cozy cushions, catered lunch, and whiteboards at the ready. I blend somatic awareness, group facilitation, and trauma-informed care to create retreats that are both restorative and results-oriented.
